Return & Refund Policy

At Dada Ji Products, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To request a return, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (such as images or videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or any suitable alternative

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur as our products are made using natural ingredients

  • Results may vary from person to person
