At Dada Ji Products, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery

The wrong product has been delivered
To request a return, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (such as images or videos).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

3. Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or any suitable alternative

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue
5. Cancellation Policy
